If you are not completely 100% satisfied, we will gladly refund your money (minus shipping fee) to your original method of payment within 30 days of your delivery date.
To Qualify for a Refund:
You must have placed your order on sumter.axeworkwear.com within 30 days.
Items Must Meet the Following Criteria:
- All hangtags must be attached in the original position.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in perfect, resalable condition.
- Items must be free of dirt, dust, pet hair, lint, deodorant marks or household odors (including cigarette smoke and perfume/cologne).
- Footwear boxes must be returned in excellent condition, covered by shipping wrap.
- Return labels must NOT be affixed directly to the footwear box.
To Qualify for an Exchange:
If you need to exchange for a different size or if we shipped you a wrong item, please go online and place a new order for your new size. Return your old size or wrong item to us within 30 days of original ship date and we will process your refund to your original method of payments within 5 business days of receiving your item (s).

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped you a wrong item. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Wohali reserves the right to deny based on the condition of the returned item (s).
